Zoning and property data are obtained from third-party and governmental sources and may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or misinterpreted. Zoning designations, permitted uses, and development standards change and are subject to overlays, conditions, variances, and site-specific factors the Service may not capture.
The Service is not a substitute for official records. Before making any decision, you must independently verify information with the applicable municipal, county, or other official authority. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.

We may offer paid or subscription features ("ZoneScore Pro"). Additional terms — including pricing, billing through a third-party payment processor, renewals, and refunds — will apply to those features and will be presented at the time they are offered.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZoneScore and its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Virginia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to any applicable law.
