ConditionalAutomobile or motorcycle sales or repair Must not be objectionable due to noise/fumes; no dangerous traffic; all facilities including storage within a building; no portion within 50 ft of R, RF, RA, MU-1, MU-2, MU-15, MU-16, or MU-23 zone; BZA may impose additional requirements; Subtitle U §518.1(a)
