PTC implements the Tysons Urban Center redevelopment vision -- a mixed-use, transit-, bicycle-, and pedestrian-oriented community with the highest intensities within about one-half mile of the four Metrorail stations (TOD vs Non-TOD districts). Minimum district size 10 acres. FAR and mix are set by the approved development plan and the Comprehensive Plan. Section 2105.6.
