Without a CDD Special Use Permit, RB / CSL / I / U-T / CRMU-L regulations apply by sub-area. Development under a CDD SUP is governed by the Potomac Yard/Potomac Greens Small Area Plan (1992 Master Plan, Chapter) and the approved CDD Concept Plan (Sec. 5-602 Table 1).
