The OCM zone has two height subdistricts: OCM(50) at 50 feet and OCM(100) at 100 feet. By-right FAR is 1.50 in both subdistricts, for both nonresidential and residential uses (Sec. 4-905(C), Sec. 4-1005(C)); the prior '2.0 to 4.0' range had no ordinance support (corrected S162). Common near the Eisenhower Avenue Metro corridor and major employment centers. Office is the primary use; residential may be permitted by SUP in some subdistricts.
